Job Summary: The Co-chairman assists the chairman in all asects of the operations of Women of Grace.
Missy VanderYacht, Secretary/Treasurer
Job Summary: The Secretary/Treasurer assists the chairman by taking and recording minutes of all Executive Committee meetings and by overseeing the budget of Women of Grace.
Sara Whitehead, Bible Study Coordinator
Job Summary: The Bible Study Coordinator plans and implements the Bible Study program for the Women of Grace.
Dawn Demmer, Outreach Coordinator
Job Summary: The Outreach Coordinator oversees opportunities for various outreach ministries, especially to women, and encourages the women of the church to be involved. She oversees outreach to missionary women, community service projects, and Angels of Hope tree.
Heidi Telling, Activities Coordinator
Job Summary: The Activities Coordinator organizes and oversees the planning of the Ladies' Retreat and Women of Grace Gatherings.
Edi Tjoelker, Support Coordinator
Job Summary: The Support Coordinator oversees the administration of chairmen who provide support for the church kitchen, socials, meals and funerals. She oversees the kitchen needs of funerals and socials, the annual church picninc and the meals ministry.
Lois Heppner, Service Coordinator
Job Summary: The Service Coordinator oversees and facilitates: 1) meeting needs of people/families in times of illness, bereavement, birth of babies, or other special circumstances, and 2) planning and implementing seasonal decorating of the church. She oversees the cards ministry, bridal and baby showers, refreshments for funerals and socials and seasonal decorations.

Job Summary: The Discipleship Coordinator plans and implements both the mentoring and visitation programs within Women of Grace.
